Complaining to Europe

After all the messing around, mis-information and compensation insult I have been subjected to at the hands of Toyota GB, I decided to complain to Toyota Europe in Brussels.

This time I hear from a Toyota Customer Relations Specialist.

Is Toyota Europe horrified at the treatment I have received from Toyota GB? Well if they are, she is keeping it to herself. Her email to me basically informs me that she has passed it back to Toyota GB to sort out. I think I’ve already shown the little good that will do.
